NOTE: The Cup Rest is made from ceramic surface - a bit of condensation or moisture between your glass and the coaster can occasionally create light, temporary suction between the two surfaces. This is simply what happens when two smooth surfaces meet moisture (not a flaw in your coaster). If this happens, gently lift your glass straight up rather than sliding or pulling it sideways and it will release easily.

Due to the natural characteristics of ceramic, the surface may not be completely smooth or uniform. You may notice tiny imperfections, subtle texture variations, or small marks on the surface.

Care Guide

To keep your Cup Rest looking its best:

  • Hand wash gently with mild soap and a soft sponge or cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaning chemicals, as these may affect the printed design over time.
  • Do not soak for prolonged periods.
  • Avoid extreme heat or sudden temperature changes. While the ceramic itself can handle heat, the printed design may react differently to high temperatures.
  • Avoid placing extremely hot items directly on the coaster. Allow very hot cups or containers to cool slightly before placing them on the coaster.
  • Not microwave or oven safe.
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Because of the printing process used for this design, the coaster may react differently to heat. Please take extra care when placing hot cups or hot consumables on it, and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
