Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the courier.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
• Provincial areas: 4–10 business days

Please note that delays may happen during holidays, sale periods, bad weather, or high courier volume.

Once your order has been shipped out, delivery timelines are already under the courier’s handling.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number through email.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been packed yet, we may still be able to assist with changes.

Message us as soon as possible with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Requested changes

Once orders are packed or shipped, we can no longer guarantee modifications.

Are your products limited edition?

Some designs are released in limited batches only.

Once certain designs sell out, they may not be restocked immediately - or at all. If there’s a design you love, don’t wait too long!

Will sold out items restock?

Some bestsellers may restock depending on demand.
